Refund policy

We always want our customers to be happy with the rugs they purchase from us so if in any case the rug you get is not to your liking, we would be happy to accept a return. All we require from your end is to pay for both ways delivery fees, and a 3% restocking fee or maximum of Php 1500 per rug. We use the restocking fee to pay for cleaning and repacking as we hire outside staff to do these for us. 

To return a rug, contact us within 3 days so we can arrange a pick up delivery. Please return the item in the same condition received. When we receive the item, we will give you a full refund, minus shipping costs and the restocking fee.
